This is by far the best thing to come out of the Bush era and one of the most impactful US foreign policy programs in American history. For 2 decades, it enjoyed overwhelming bipartisan support. Now fundamentalist magas are trying to kill the program.

‘Stalemate’ on AIDS relief to drag into 2024

Discussions about a compromise that would extend the program have collapsed.
