Let me start by saying two things before this devolves into "Freeze is lightyears better than Haskins"
1) Freeze IS a better and more proven coach than Haskins
2) Freeze is an elite recruiter and Haskins was allergic to recruiting

However the similarities are nasty...

Record through 15 games
HF - 7-8
BH - 8-7

Losing seasons
HF -1
BH - 1

Bad transfer QB
HF - Thorne
BH - Calzada, Finley, Ashford

Soul Crushing Losses
HF - New Mexico St, Cal, Iron Bowl
BH - MSU, South Carolina, Iron Bowl

Overly reliant on people they know vs. the best coaches
HF - Austin
BH - Kiesau

Gross OOC Losses
HF - New Mexico St, Cal, Maryland
BH - Houston

*****Update*****
Replaced Coordinators before 2nd season
HF - Monty, Robert
BH - Bobo, Mason, The Dude we had for 14 days that I already forgot his name

Other similarities
Looks lost on the sideline
Lack of Accountability
Cannot figure out how to recruit offensive linemen
Poor offensive game plans
Arrogant AF

I thought HF was a longish term solution but no longer believe that. I think he will get the opportunity to fix the roster with a 3-4 year tenure and then he will be fired at the end of year 3 or during year 4. He will not get the classic Auburn Year 2 Contract Extension. The next coach will come in and be our "Josh Heupel."
