lie. It sets no limits on illegal immigration. The 5k trigger number is not real . It only applies to those immigrating from Canada and Mexico . Those from all other countries are excluded. Also the president make exceptions as can the border patrol and immigration . Also unaccompanied minors are excluded from the count . So basically anyone can come illegally . It also doesnt include estimates so those that get through without an encounter don’t count. What a complete crock of crap. No Republican has actually read the bill as far as I can tell
