I've mentioned my modest arcade game collection here occasionally. If you want to see (and play, and drink while you're at it) the real thing, Game Terminal in Nashville is pretty awesome (yeah, I went there).
One of the best and best-maintained collection of 80's games I've ever seen, with a full bar and a food menu. And it's free for over-21 (for video games--they do charge quarters for pinball). Not exactly on the beaten path, it's in an industrial park and closer to the airport than the stadium, but if you've got some time and want to get your Aladdin's Castle on, it's pretty great:
