Just got back from Camp War Eagle, daughter will be attending AU this fall. Looking at hotel prices for game day weekends and they are insane 800-1k per night.
Step-daughter attended AU from 2013-2017 and holy moly things have changed around campus.
Thinking about staying in Montgomery or Columbus GA for a more reasonable rate. Also open to any tips or knowledge of other possible options, would like to stay in AU but am not spending 2K for two nights. Probably end up in Columbus.
Also where should I pay to park the car for game day?
Any info appreciated, will be going down there alot over the next 4 years.
