...In the Ohio/UK game they just stopped play to do a review when there was an offside call against UK. The pass had been ruled incomplete, but looked like the receiver came down inbounds. Refs came back and said the play is not reviewable because it was a dead ball when the defense was flagged for offsides. WTF??? Why in the hell did you review the play then???
