Many, many military heroes in our country’s past and present (and future). many thousands of which have done heroic deeds in battle in defense of this country…. And, in two world wars…. In defense of freedom globally
Thier deeds didn’t immediately result in them becoming an admiral, general , member of the Joint Chiefs, or President.
Caddy has unified the Auburn Nation, inspired AU players past and present. And almost certainly inspired soon to be new AU Tigers
We ( Auburn alums, sidewalk fans, students, etc) are all indebted to his efforts. And, with time, we may be able to celebrate his becoming AU’s HFB coach
