It's the best show on TV right now. If you aren't watching you're missing out. No details on new characters/setting, but Noah Hawley, the showrunner/creator/writer and EP, is killing the Anthology series game right now, and has (or should be getting) a new contract with FX that will see him write the 3rd season of Fargo as well as a season of a new comic book show 'Legion'.
