I just heard one guy say that everything worked, but he wasn't sure if he should scan his ballot face up or face down, and he is worried he scanned the blank side. He mentioned he's good with computers, and his scanner at home is face down. So he doesn't know if his vote even counted. And this might be VOTER SUPPRESSION!
