Does the tie not go to the runner in baseball anymore?

is that no longer a thing? Seems on these replays if there is enough evidence to confirm at least a tie, that would qualify as enough to overturn an out...

It never did. You are either out or safe.
That was never in the rule book.

Rule book says in order for runner to be safe, runner must beat the throw. So, in case the ball and foot get there at the same time, runner is out!
