Hello friends, I'm looking at buying something in Boston like a duplex situation where I could live in half of it, I'm looking to sell my current house. I really put thought into where I'd like to live basically anywhere in the country and landed on Boston, it would have been Chicago but I just could not justify the investment (the city is in decline with horrible leadership). That being said, if anyone has tips or ideas let me know. My budget would probably be around 1m assuming I could rent part of it for 3-4k/month.
