Do you fart at the urinal in the bathroom?

Was at Ray's last night (place has gone DOWNHILL btw) when a dude at a urinal in the bathroom let out a massive fart. I'm okay with this at a bar, sports venue, concert bathroom, airport etc, but a fart in the bathroom will knock a restaurant from a 5* yelp review to a 3* IMO. Restauranteurs should take more strides to prevent this - music in bathrooms etc.
