I feel like this deserves its own thread. @MatthewJ blew my mind with a thought on the Shor commitment. There’s seems to be a real chance his “commitment” to Bama ends up being a gray shirt, or worse, a walk-on spot….
Which begs the question:
Regardless if this is the case with Shor, could it be with others? Is this the key to signing more than you are allowed? 25 signees plus 10 or so “walk-ons” with guaranteed NIL money from a suit store that is worth more than a scholarship? Can the NCAA do anything about this? Will they?
