Kind of like Guns, if you could remove every single gun in America, you would reduce gun crime. If you did not allow anyone from Muslim faith in America you would reduce radical Islamic terrorism.
But in America we have a right to guns and freedom of religion. That said, I don't really see why we allow travel to and from Middle East countries not named Israel at this time with so much Isis stuff going on. So on a certain level I get what he is saying.
