This administration said the same thing about Orlando. Both guys made it clear what their motives were. Where is he getting confused? He may not believe them but they certainly made their motives clear.
He then went on to say that the Charleston was an example of not blaming a group for the actions of an individual. Huh? Did he miss the whole...its southern racist inspired by the confederate flag backlash from that shooting?
