I got stopped doing 73 on I85 near Newman several years ago. Yea I 85. Cost me $740. They had put up cones and called it a construction zone. No workers present. Also years ago (‘60’s). I had a friend coming to see me in. AU. Hapersville cop stopped him. Said it would be $100 or jail. Poor friend and buddy emptied their wallets and told him they only had $78 dollars. He said give me the cash and slow down!
