Our neighborhood group has several people that hate deer hunters. We are located in the city limits of Hoover. We also have people that bowhunt their own property and occasionally kill a deer. Also occasionally, one will run onto someone else's property. Our anti-hunters will go nuts when they see it and start threatening everyone in the neighborhood on Facebook. They'll call police, game wardens, etc... They never say what the outcomes of their phone conversations are, but I'm betting the outcome is not favorable to their side of the issue.

Is it legal to bowhunt your own property in Hoover? I know you have to have permission from landowner if deer runs onto someone else's land.

Is it legal to feed (without hunting) deer in your back yard?
