What is his record without the transfer QB, Penix? Well, I think it’s fair to say he wouldn’t be bama’s coach if that dude wasn’t on the Washington roster.
DeBoer is the flavor of the month after his recent playoff appearance and heck of a season. But guess what, he couldn’t get it done in the national title and it wasn’t really a close game either. With no ties to the south, we will see somewhat of a drop off in recruiting there. The kids who would cross country to play for Saban like Julian Sayin, Bryce Young, etc., they simply aren’t going to land as many of those guys anymore.
Thank God that Saban is done, and here’s my best wishes for an unsuccessful tenure for DeBoer and a new coaching search to track at Bama in 3 years!
