Good morning fellow fantasy football degenerates. We're 1 day away from kick-off. I wanted to try something different and see if I could get a group of people to play in a weekly fantasy type league. I had a friend that used to run the same thing and it was a group of 10 - 20 guys each week and it was really fun. The Daily/Weekly fantasy doesn't lock you in to one team for an entire year so you get a new team each week. And you can take a week off if you wanted to and it won't cost you your whole season.
We'll be using the Draftkings platform and their standard salary cap and scoring structure. I put the entry fee as $10 and we can change that depending on how many people want in, etc. I did the payout as winner takes all. Again, I can change this later on if the group thinks we should pay out more than the top dog for the week. Everyone would need to sign up and have your team selected by kickoff each Sunday. It's just the Sunday games for now and we could add the Thursday and Monday night games once we get a base of players.
