with NIL, can't we theoretically have several more players than 85 that can be on scholarship or equivalent to scholarship (NIL)? Why not just tell any player(that we want/need) that is over the 85 scholarship limit that their NIL deal covers everything a scholarship would? Theoretically we could have many "scholarship" level players over the 85 limit as "NIL walk ons". Is that correct?
