Congrats Auburn

Never would have predicted 99 points. Both defenses didn't look very good but bama D stopped AU in the red zone I don't know how many times and that was the key to the game.

If you guys had been able to score in the red zone and turn those FGs into TDs early, it would have been a very different game.

I do think your D is suspect but last night it was exhaustion that beat you on defense more than anything else. If you had 21 points early instead of 9 it would have helped you tremendously in the 4th qtr.

Yep. AU left to many points on the field with those FGs. Beating bama at home and the way our defense plays is a tough task so I think they should have gone for it on a few of those red zone opportunities. Hindsight 20/20.

Do you guys think Gus overthinks his offense sometimes and that causes you to stall?

It's a little strange how he will blow the doors off a team and then change his strategy and hit a brick wall. Also seems like he struggles moving the ball on a short field.

I think some of that will improve next year because JJ is a more balanced QB and has a more reliable arm.

I think AU got 1 TD on slant down in red zone. Big recievers like Coates/Williams should be able to get a few more of those in red zone. 99 points and talking about more left on the field is crazy.

He does seem to slow pace with a decent lead and I think the offense has trouble adjusting to slower pace... or maybe the defenses gain legs because of the slower pace? I don't know.

Congrats on the win. It was a good game, but as has already been stated...not scoring TD's in the red zone against a good team is a killer!! Oh yeah...Cooper is a beast and Sims did a great job of keeping it together and leading the come back!

Yes surprised you didnt jump into the top 4 with that fantastic L.
LOL, What did Clemson accomplish other than beating an overrated, ineffective South Carolina team?

Once in what, six years?

Seriously, get on out of here with that weak smack. I love giving these guys crap when they flap their gums but you're just being silly right now. Auburn would run circles around Clemson this season.
