Team is they were both teams with a lot of upperclassman. Same thing happens in college football. Your mind and body can transform so much between your freshman year to your senior year that 3 stars are effective 5 star talents when they are seniors.
If you're not going to get the next wave of NBA stars, getting your players to stay is very advantageous. I don't mind the one and dones. As you can see those teams are dam good too, but I wish they let guys choose between the NBA or three years in school.
Hopefully Pearl can build us a winner in the next four years. I imagine our team being a blend of upperclassman and raw talent in the near future.
