not surprising. I guess, as if often the case, you can decide who to believe. In this instance, it's the 2 most senior CIA guys who were there, and 7-8 Congressional investigations, or 2 contractors. It seems undisputed, though, that the delay between the attack and the rescue attempt was 20 minutes. That's not very long to "stand down." Trying to second guess and arm chair QB that along partisan lines seems wrong to me, but JMO.
