Going to Chicago for a couple of days & need Bunker input. Been a time or two, but always just passing through, never more than a few hours. Probably catch the Sox/Indians game tomorrow afternoon (1:10 PM), but looking for other “must do’s” while I’m there. Noticed Frampton & the Steve Miller Band are there tomorrow night. Restaurants, events, tourist traps, etc. Go....
Aside: the timing of my visit leaves a little to be desired, as I just missed the 2018 Naked Bike Ride (yes, it's a thing)., and the Chicago (gay) Pride Festival starts the day after we leave. About 15 years ago, we were in town & looking for Wrigley Field for curiosity’s sake. I made an ill-timed turn without realizing where I was or what was happening, and ended up ON the Pride Festival parade route. Some things you just can’t un-see. Even worse, the wife & kids were in the car. “Holiday Rooooooooad...”
