...It is obvious how much weight "character issues" matter in the big leagues. That's why the Cowboys offered a 3-year, $1.65 million contract to La'el Collins who has a double murder investigation hanging over his head. Good thing or he didn't get in an argument with cocky high school kid or this would have been impossible.

It's more apparent Dismukes was passed over for performance, not some scrap with non-teammate a few years back. So if the "character" issue actually isn't one with pros, how did the rumor about Dismukes scuffle with Reuben Foster make its way into "insider" buzz?
