I think CSG is here for a little while at least and I hope he does well here and I think he will. But man I hope Dunn has not landed at some job that would make it tough to leave when our head position comes open again. I really think he can be our next Hal Baird and have a long run here of 15-20 years with lots of success if all the timing works out. I also think he will run the program in a way thats makes everyone proud. JMHO of course.
