Career Advice Requested: Engineering to Product Management Switch

Hello Bunk,

I'm just looking for any insight or potential job leads that y'all may have. I've been a software engineer for 8 years, currently a Tech Lead, looking to transition into product management. I know the market is tough now in tech, but I'm not in a major rush and willing to find the right thing instead of anything.

Any tips for a career transition would be much appreciated! Any leads on PM roles in the tech space would be welcomed as well!
