After watching another of her games, she has got to improve on several facets of the game. Her defense is lackluster. It needs the most improvement but the Fever aren't very good on defense right now. Caitlyn also needs to be more precise in what she is doing. She is lagging off of picks instead of cutting right off the hip. Having a double pick isn't going to help if you don't do it correctly. She also needs to improve her athleticism. The people that often guard her are bigger and faster than she is. She is a little loose with the ball and it is causing more turnovers than she needs.
I think she'll be fine as she adapts to the league. MJ had to get bigger and stronger to get through Detroit back in the day, I think Caitlyn will do the same. At this point, I would hope they improve their play but keep the #1 pick for next year. That would be three #1 picks and a #2 pick in the past 4 years. If they can't win with that, that's a GM and coaching issue. At least they're selling tickets.
