I’ve been using this one below for butts and ribs. It’s great and makes a ton, but I’m looking for a changeup. Looking for pork rubs specifically but all rubs welcome ITT—beef, chicken, fish, whatever
Meatheads Memphis Dust: makes 3 cups
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
3/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup paprika
1/4 cup garlic powder
2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper
2 tbsp ground ginger
2 tbsp onion powder
2 tsp crushed dried rosemary
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
