Bruce Springsteen says to the audience, "every night we try to pull one out that we haven't played since we were what... 16?". Holding a sign that says "You Never Can Tell" he begins working out the chords to the Chuck Berry hit live on stage. After a bit of figuring out, he says, "I've got it". He then turns to the E Street Band and says, "you got that horns?" as he starts humming the main melody from the song. The horns section are on it straight away and begin working out the arrangement. Bruce laughs as they get the odd note wrong quickly trying to figure out the notes, but in a few bars, it all comes together in an epic show of quality musicianship.
