We'll be talking to Bruce Pearl as he previews Georgia. Check in and refresh here for updates.
- "They're a much-improved team. Mike White's done a great job with this group."
- Mentioned that turnovers and fouling hurt them last game. "(Terry Roberts) and (Kario) Oquendo are tough covers." The focus for them has been to guard them better.
- Mentioned that Georgia is fluid with its rotations
- Said that there is lots of energy around UGA's program
- "They're an older team - have lots of upperclassmen."
- On K.D. hooping on Saturday: "K.D. had three steals. It was good to see him playing with some intensity." Mentioned he had a good week of practice leading up to the WVU game.
- "We have an advantage on the inside... the challenge is the way the game is called."
- "We're gonna pound that ball inside to Johni and pound that ball inside to Jaylin."
- Mentioned that he's really happy for Bari and Walk being named Rising Stars: "He is an untouchable commodity for the Utah Jazz. I just think it's great."
- Said that Wendell has done a good job with the doubles and that the plan was to get the ball to Allen and K.D. and have them get doubled to be able to utilize WGJ more.
- When asked about the schedule, he said that Auburn has to take it a game at a time, but also said there are some that matter more than others:
- "I told the team that there's a couple of games that matter more than most and those are games against the team in Athens and the team in Tuscaloosa."
