** Alabama one of best offensive teams in country. Very dangerous. They all can shoot the ball well and have depth. Their coach has challenged them to play physical and aggressive and questioned their toughness, and they played physical against us.
** Wants to remind our fans to be mindful of language. Be wild, crazy and have fun. Pearl said he's trying to give up cussing. Sometimes it gets out of hand with the fans. Going to be a tough ticket.
** Pearl said he's always believed he can help his team win games but it's players that win championships. They've got to hold each other accountable and be unselfish.
** We got a little rattled at Alabama and at MSU, but we didn't get rattled at Ole Miss. That's because of our players.
** You have to make sure Alabama's shots are contested. Sometimes you can't do anything about it. They make shots. We can do something about giving up offensive rebounds and second-chance points.
** Alabama is in first place and is the best team in the league right now. We've got to step up. It we're going to have a chance to compete for a conference championship, you've got to win your games at home and steal a couple of more on the road.
** Aden Holloway has liked playing with the 2nd group. Both PG's have done a great job of not turning the ball over. It's the only position on our team that we're young. Doubt anyone in league has PG's that play 40 mins combined with just one year of experience.
** Mark Sears is one of the best players in the league. If we can slow him down, we have a better chance of winning.
