** Tyler Harris probable for Saturday's game against Alabama. Still being evaluated but expected to practice Friday.
** Played well at UGA. Horace Spencer stepped up, which is good to see. Having TJ Dunans back gives us guard that can create and instinctively makes other players better.
** Have eight guys that can play now, which gives us a fighting chance. Have enough pieces to be competitive.
** Schedule tough the last three regular season games. MSU playing better down stretch.
** Really have to value possessions with Alabama because the value their's. Retin Obasohan is tough to handle.
** Basketball in the state of Alabama is better including UAB. Alabama improved, knocking on door of NCAA Tourney. Auburn has made progress.
** Auburn's focus Saturday is to beat an NCAA Tourney team on the road.
** Pearl expects Jordon Granger to play both three and four if Harris returns. Granger had 18 pts and 11 rebs playing four against UGA.
** The biggest benefit to next year's team is Pearl will finally return a lot of players. Will have a foundation. Brought in a good class this year, next year is a good class, 2017 looks like it will be a good class.
** Expects Alabama to play physical defense. Should be an intense atmosphere at Coleman.
** Pearl mentioned the need for the men to have 15 scholarship like the women. Right now, they have 13. It's not fair to the student athletes to play so many minutes.
