Every season, you see some team that's a mild or even bigger underdog catch the opponent sleeping with a timely, well designed trick play. It can come out of special teams like the wide array of fake punts or onsides kicks. I can be throwbacks to the QB, hook and lateral. The 'hide the little guy' play Gus ran AT Texas A&M in what, 2015 was it?
Possibly the most electric and shockingly designed gadget in my Auburn memory was AT Baton Rouge, the fake FG with the holder flipping the ball BLIND over his shoulder to a breaking Damon Duval, who caught the pitch and waltzed into the end zone.
I can't recall much on the book on HUGH in terms of his propensity to rep and utilize such deception in bigger games.
