Just starting my collection. I’m not new to the brown stuff, had plenty over the years, been on the trail and hand a lot of premium small batch and single barrel varieties, but I’ve always just bought one or two bottles at a time. Never have I built up a collection and taken the time to refine my senses.
Starting off with some basics, but I think decent quality. Taking recommendations on what to add - key being stuff that is attainable and underrated by the masses (i.e. non-Buffalo Trace distilery - as good as almost everything there is, too hard to get and overpriced at this point).
Here’s the current set:
L -> R
Wild Turkey 101
Angels Envy
Knob Creek Single Barrel Reserve 9 Year
Old Forester 1920
Maker’s Mark Cask Strength
Woodford Reserve Double Oaked
Rough Rider
Sazerac Rye
