Have had SS for 3 yrs and we love the functionality and cost of the product but have had way too many false alarms and hardware issues. Pay around $19 a month for it, it's very customizable and has the home monitoring included but again hardware keeps failing.
What other recs does the bunker have and what costs do you pay for your current?
