Pure coaching wise in big games I would have to say Al Borges. But we did have 1 year of Petrino where we had huge upside. 2017 AU was damn good and Al was on our staff as an analyst. I wood like to assume he had a good impact on our team that year. We know Al didn’t recruit well and all that but we never went into LSU or Bama or Florida not prepared. We lacked talent in 2007 but even then he had us ready for the big games. A true savant.
