Go back and watch the Iron Bowl.
I told you guys that there is no way in HAYUL that BH understood what a tremendous game and upset Auburn was pulling off.
NO frickin' way he had the least clue what that upset would have meant to Auburn fans, Auburn administration and the entire Auburn community.
No human could be as stone faced as him while that game was going on knowing the magnitude of the impact on Auburn.
Go back and look at his face. No way he got the enormity of an Auburn win.
And then he fvcked it up with a play to Tank whose entire career has been to fight for every inch he could get and instead of calling/telling/threatening/ or whatever he had to do to make sure his RB would stay in bounds he let him "bounce it" to the outside (which Tank does all the time) and the rest is history.
Good coaching means you know how to win and you know what to do to win and it also means you instruct and direct your players to make sure you get that win.
The reason you don't throw a pass is the same reason you make sure your RB doesn't go out of bounds.
I know some of you don't put that terrible out of bounds play on BH but I do because that literally is one of the few ways bama can win the game.
I thought at that very moment that this HC doesn't understand the importance of this game and he shouldn't be our HC.
I mellowed over the winter and folks like @jhead34382 gave me some hope and I tried to be positive, but damn, just damn.
If your HC can't get excited during an Iron Bowl game then he shouldn't be our HC.
