I know I promised a few of you a 2019 class prediction this week, unfortunately it’s far to early to provide a mock class given that the July evaluation period is still underway and a few top targets are still being evaluated/scouted. What I will do is provide a list of targets at each position, and highlight who I think we have the best chance of landing if signing day were today. With Pearl looking to sign 4-5 prospects in this upcoming class, these are the guys I feel comfortable listing at this time.
Point Guard
KyKy Tandy **** (Rivals 100) - Got some Kareem Canty to his game without the extra curriculars
Damion Baugh **** (Rivals 100) - Very good defensive guard that’s starting to come into his own as a true PG
Tyrell Jones ****(Rivals 150) - Kid just stormed onto the scene in a big way by putting on one of the more impressive performances of the summer at a recent Under Armor AAU event. Don’t let the lack of stars fool you, this kid is an absolute monster and should be ranked soon.
Issac McBride *** - McBride is the definition of a true sleeper, and the kid has really come alive on the AAU circuit this season. Probably has the puresest shooting stroke of any prospect on the board at any position.

Combo Guard/Shooting Guard
Kira Lewis **** (Rivals top 50) - Unbelieveable athlete that is more of a scorer than distributer at this time, top prospect in the state in my humble opinion.
Mylik Wilson **** - Silky smooth athlete that can really score the basketball. Think a more athletic Bryce Brown.
Allen Flanagan (NR by Rivals at this time but is a **** on ESPN) - Young man has had great summer on the AAU circuit to this point, and has really elevated his stock. Not sure if Auburn has offered him yet or not, but he’s definitely someone to keep an eye on. FYI for those that don’t know, this young man is Coach Flanigan’s son.

Wing
Issac Okoro ***** (Rivals top 50) - most important player on our board at any position
Dontaie Allen **** (Rivals 100) - Scoring machine that has taken the AAU summer circuit by storm.
Jaykwon Walton **** (Rivals 100) - A top instate player that has garnered a lot of attention this spring and summer on the AAU circuit.
Best Chance - Issac Okoro
Combo Forward (Stretch 4)
Ismael Massoud **** (Rivals 100) - Extremely smooth and skilled four man who’s a perfect fit for Pearl’s scheme
Jaylin Williams **** (Rivals 100) - Raw explosive athlete that really gets up and down the floor, has shown off a more polished offensive game this spring and summer then in previous years.
Kobe Brown *** - Extremely versitle player that could be very useful on any team, especially in the day and age of positionless basketball.
Best Chance - Jaylin Williams or Kobe Brown, though our chances have increased with Massoud here recently.
Power Forward/Center
Kai Jones **** - Extremely raw athlete that is a supreme shot blocker and rebounder. Star is on the rise and he’s only scratched the surface of what he can be.
Daniel Ramsey **** - Powerful big man that has the type of inside outside versilitlity that Pearl loves in his bigs.
Jared Jones *** - The one time commit is an athletic big whose been on Auburn’s radar since his Freshman year.
Jason Jitoboh *** - Powerful back to the basket big man that will require some developement at the college level, but has immense upside.
Unknown Juco or Grad Transfer - No identifiable prospect yet, but the feeling I get is that Pearl will turn to the transfer market to find AW’s replacement.
Best Chance - Jared Jones or TBD Juco/Grad Transfer
