Why would we not schedule our games this weekend on Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Friday & 2 on Saturday?
It's Easter weekend. There won't be anyone on campus after Saturday afternoon and we are playing a night game Saturday and then a 1pm game Sunday. That's an hour removed from when most churches dismiss on the most attended church day of the entire year!
I'm not even trying to say that the school should do this to respect Easter. There just won't be anyone at the games Saturday night and Sunday. Just poor marketing IMO. We have a finite number of home games. Make each one count.
BTW, this isn't a shot at our coach. I just understand the logic of the scheduling.
