I have an interesting fact pattern re a garnishment of an 8 yr old judgment where a bank is garnishing wages. If anybody has any expertise in this area and is willing to give a fellow AUB Atty an off the record opinion, I'd really appreciate it. It's a life long friend that might as well be a brother.
