The Army has openings for civilian Army CID Special Agent positions all over the country right now. They are at the GS 7/9 level.
I have the level of experience required and the education. Just sent everything in this morning and hoping to get good news. This is going through the Direct Hire Authority process. I don’t know how that is different than the regular hiring process. Regardless I expect it to take a long time to hear anything back and if successful I expect it to take a long time to get through the process.
