One thing that has caught my eye lately that teams are doing defensively is BALL PRESSURE on our guards. One thing that beats pressure is attacking pressure and drawing fouls.

According to Torvik we are ranked #252 in the country offensively FTR and #247 in the country defensively. We are an ELITE offensive team in terms of 2PT FG%, 3PT FG%, TO Rate, EFF FG%, and FT%. But the only thing that is poor offensively for us is getting to the line. I'm sure BRUCE and BURGO (AKA @crococile22) are pushing for our guards to attack more and draw fouls (especially Denvy, Petty, Miles, and CBM who are $$$ from the line).

Auburn:
-FTR AVG OFF: 30.8%
-FTR AVG DEF: 35.9%
-NET Difference: -5.1%

Refs hurting us away from Neville:
-Average FTR% Difference at Home: 3.6% in favor of Auburn
-Average FTR% Difference Away: -12% disadvantage to Auburn

We have only had an advantage in FTR in 6 out of 18 games played so far.

Alabama:
-FTR AVG OFF: 44.4%
-FTR AVG DEF: 32.3%
-NET Difference: 12.1%

HOME COOKING at the Airplane Hanger (Net difference of 20% between home vs away for them)
-Average FTR% Difference at Home: 23.1% in favor of Alabama
-Average FTR% Difference Away: 3.2% in favor of Alabama

Alabama has had an advantage in FTR% in 13 out of 19 games played so far. To their credit, they attack offensively. But they get A LOT of HOME COOKING.
