Had my first one yesterday and when I asked about expectation, they couldn't have been more non-commital if they tried! So I'm bringing it to this august bored of experts in all aspects of medicine, sports knowledge in general and animal husbandry.
So if you've had one how'd it work; how long before a difference; how long did it last; anything to do or not do in the immediate aftermath... please answer any or all questions if yore experienced with chronic damage to the lower back via truck/train collision, or anything else that might've skrooed up yore back.
