Anyone ever played the Par 64 in Foley

Been riding by it forever but never had the desire to play it. But now my 9 year old is into golf and wants to play this weekend at the beach. I have not really played all year due to a bum leg so I might not even play. Just looking for something cheap and easy for him. Anyone with any thoughts about it? Good or bad. Crowded? TIA
