I’m just so happy, bros. They finally put it all together. Against a very good team.
For the first time in a long time, things felt normal. Of course we were in a tight game against one of the conference’s best teams. Of course we were punching back every time our back was against the wall. Of course our kids were making clutch plays in the crucial junctures of the game. That’s who we ARE. That’s what we’ve always been. That’s what I grew up watching.
Just very happy for the seniors. They’ve been through hell. They don’t have much to show for their time here. But they reached deep one more time and the good lord saw fit to hand them the victory.
