Wanting to try it as just a hobby and was wondering what is the best software for a beginner?
Since I don't know if it's a hobby I'll stick to, I would like to keep any purchase below $100 if any paid software is suggested.
The only one I really know about is Adobe Premiere but would like to avoid having to get into a subscription model that I'll forget to cancel if I don't use it as it's $23 a month, plus it probably has a lot of advanced features that will overwhelm me.
