I've got a pretty serious problem and trying to figure out the most practical way to handle. Obviously going to discuss with them first and would like to avoid litigation if possible. I know all about the common enemy doctrine etc. but this is intentional routing of surface water into a drainage pipe that discharges into my back yard.
