Vestavia is going to annex part of the course and make parks, walking trails, ball fields and build single family homes. I realize this course is low on the B'ham area golf course totem pole but it's just down the road from the house. I actually walk the dogs to the course everyday. Guess it's better than a WalMart going in. The area is next to the dip (now closed) for those familiar with the area. Check out the article with a map included.
Right now we are unincorporated so basically in the county, so I'll be curious to see if they annex our home.
