Any frequent runners on the Bunka?

I'm working on my 1.5 mile time and have gotten it down to the 14:40 range. My main goal is to get into the 12 minute range. My issues are that I have short legs so my stride is not as long as other people, therefore, my pace isn't as fast. I need to extend my stride to get a better pace. How can I do that? Thanks in advance, and War Eagle!
